The tool path is generated by means of a CAD\/CAM software based on the specific needs of the drawing; this process allows us to produce parts with important cutting precision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Galleno Plastica has 6 CNC machines with 5 axes that can work with dimensions up to 4000mm by 2000mm.<\/p>\n\t<p>The company uses the gluing and assembly of plastics as a process. Any assembly of several parts is carried out by ultrasonic gluing and welding.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Galleno Plastica uses glues with different degrees of flexibility and structure depending on the product to be realized. Through an always attentive study of the changes required and proposed by the market, we safeguard the health of our employees, the health of the environment and still achieve the degree of satisfaction required by the customer.<\/p>\n\t<p>Galleno Plastica provides special quality controls for the products it produces, from the beginning to the end of the production cycle, ensuring a product that meets the needs of the customer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The first step in these controls is to determine the colour of the raw material using spectrophotometers and to determine the conformity of the surfaces.<\/p>\n\t<p>They persist throughout the procedure by means of thermoforming controls, thickness measurements using digital and ultrasonic thickness gauges, and precise measurement of the final product dimensions. <\/p>\n\t<p>All customer requests, including special shipping packaging, are evaluated and resolved by the quality staff of Galleno Plastica, who are
